ReplyDeleteMy favorite Christmas decorations are the presents under the tree. They may not technically be "decorations", but they sure do make the room look festive, and I get so excited for my family and friends to open their presents. : )

ReplyDeleteI love to decorate with Angels. I have many different angels placed throughout the house. At the first Christmas, angels appeared to the shepherds in the fields to announce that Christ was born.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite: A multi-color string of lights around the eaves of the house. Makes the house look so pretty. We put them up the day after Thanksgiving and leave them up until the weekend after New Year's Day. Always a bit sad when they come down yet so cheery while they're up. -- soparkaveataoldotcom

ReplyDeleteMy very first quilt was a Christmas tree wall hanging and it is definitely a favorite holiday decoration. It is not my best work, but I treasure it because it got me started with quilting and that has brought me much joy!
