You can't tell from the picture, but these have gold printing on them. Pretty luxurious...for paper plates, that is ; )
These plates are fabulous! Imagine that...a whole new Verna world on your table! I'm off to Target now :-)

ReplyDeleteI'm in love! The closest Target is an hour away; but we are moving soon and then the Target will be 10 minutes away! Can't wait and I'm going to stock up on these beauties! I think they will make GREAT 2 year-old birthday-ware!! YAY!...Now I know the theme for her birthday!!

ReplyDeleteMy hubby was in the states all last week, and when he called to ask what I wanted, I said " Go to Target and get me some Kate Spain disposable table ware!! It is sooooo pretty!" He couldn't believe I wanted pretty 'throw away' dishes! He wasn't able to find any, so I've got a deal you...

I actually saw these! When I did, I let out a whoop and my husband came over to see what was up. When I pointed he looked for a second, and then said, "Oh, that's Verna!" I about fell over. When he saw my surprise he laughed, said how could he not know when I've made him look at it over and over for months and I have it cut up all over the sewing room!

ReplyDeleteI saw on the yellow Verna napkins "Kate Spain" printed on them. Was thinking you should keep a package in your purse, and the next time you're asked for ID... whip out your napkins! Pull a John Mayer - who was buying something at Best Buy with his black AmEx, and they wanted extra ID... so (allegedly) he walked over to the CD aisle and grabbed on of his CD's and used it as his secondary ID. And now I love him.
Oh, I'll be heading to Target for sure when we're in Minneapolis (especially since we don't have any in Canada, so I've never been)! Hopefully they'll still have some of your "stuff" when I'm there, because I definitely want some!
