Furry Friday

So, i'm trying to pretend it's not snowing outside right now. Or that there are already 5 inches of the white stuff on the ground. Or that any minute, we'll be heading out to shovel our walkway and sidewalks {again}. It's hard to believe that Spring is supposed to arrive in 12 short days, but we're looking forward to it and are eager to plant our new garden. So exciting! In our early planning stages, we've already decided on one thing. It looks like we'll be growing some potatoes and "Lous" this year!
How about you?
Have a wonderful weekend!

  2. Spring is only 12 days away? That snuck up on me! All this snow made me forget that Spring would ever come.

  3. Our garden is getting a much needed soaking today, thanks to Mother Nature. We planeted so many wonderful things, can't wait to reap what we sow!

  4. Sowing flower seeds on the melting snow in a small plot out back. Hope it works, but fun trying anyway.

  5. We're getting buried in snow again today and thoughts of planning or planting our gardens are the farthest from my mind! Mother's Day weekend is about the earliest we can think about planting here! I do have some herbs I want to plant in pots for the kitchen window, and I should have already planted some indoor bulbs for some spring color, but running late with that! Maybe after we get shoveled out and can get to the store, I'll pick up a few and get them going to add a little flowery cheer to these dreary cold days!

  13. I'm going to have to look for the potato bags. Mine will probably grow Irish Setters, not cute little Lous. I'm starting my herbs and garden plants inside this week.
